We now know what a couch and a kitty condo are! And let me tell you: they are both awesome! Now that the flea family has moved out, we got a chance to hang out with mommy in the living room. There's a kitty condo in front of the window and a comfy couch. Mommy read some books on the couch while we laid on her. Since we are small, we all fit on her chest and tummy.
We also got to play with new toys. There's this little thing we haven't figured out yet that runs around on the floor that we can't figure out how to catch yet. It buzzes and moves. We even found a catnip toy mommy didn't know she had under the couch. Apartment life is the best!

Today was a good day. We got to meet 3 new friends! Foster mommy's co-workers stopped by to meet us. We each had our favorite. Birthday Hat fell in love with a girl named Sarah. Maybe she can convince her husband to take us home with them. We also met one of foster mommy's oldest friends from St. Louis. She also has 2 kitties and we can tell that she knows how cool we are.
We definitely like meeting new people. They are all the best! They give us attention, snuggle us, talk to us and play with us. Can we meet more people soon, please!? Foster mommy has been doing such a good job of keeping an eye on us. Since we are in a new surrounding, she is making sure we are eating, going to the bathroom, getting enough rest, and not too itchy. Well, little did she know that we brought some friends home with us, too. We thought it would be fun to bring our friends, the flea family, home from the place we got rescued from. That means we had to get some medicine put on our backs and that we have to stay in this room a little longer before we can go on the big adventure into the living room. We are so thankful for mommy for washing all of our stuff each day and helping us get rid of these little bullies.
This hasn't stopped us from snuggling mommy really hard. She took a shower and sat down with us in her robe afterwards and boy is that robe comfy! We all fell asleep right there on her. We really love each other but now that we have mommy, the 5 of us are the best family. Today was a big day! We became foster kitties today! Our foster mommy came to the shelter today to teach volunteer orientation. She came early enough to check out the kitties and see some of her friends. Her whole intent of being at the shelter was to teach but little did she know she would end up leaving with the 4 of us. She has the biggest heart and when she found out that a big rescue was happening in a few days, she knew we needed to go home with her. We live in an apartment now. We are getting used to this new place and are spending time sniffing it up and getting used to our room. We are excited to tell you more about our new life soon!
