Since Friday, we (Surprise Party & Party Animal) have been getting to spend some quality time together. Since Party Hat (now Mowgli) and Birthday Cake (now Olive) have gone to their furever homes, we are left to spend time as bros together. We have been playing hard in the mornings, sleeping most morning, then making sure mommy knows we are awake in the afternoons. I don't think she likes us being on her keyboard as much as we are or meowing loudly while she's trying to present in her meetings, but she still loves us. We have been able to get some good snuggles in with her this week, too. Our new favorite way to wake her up in the mornings after sleeping with her all night is to lick her face. I'm not sure why we like licking her face so much, other than its our way of showing love.
